Add Service Provider Tenant

The System administrator must enable the Provider Exchange operator tenant with the Zoom carrier code. Once enabled, the Provider Exchange can configure channels for Zoom management.

To enable the Zoom carrier code:

1.

In the Provider Exchange tenant details, select the ZOOM Enabled checkbox.

2.

In the “Zoom carrier code” field, enter the Provider Exchange application “Client ID”. (extracted from the Provider Exchange application in the Zoom marketplace).
